Nordstrom Rack to open new stores in Exton and Media this fall

Nordstrom Rack Poised for Philadelphia Expansion with Fall Openings in Exton and Media

The luxury offshoot of Nordstrom is set to expand its presence in the Philadelphia region this fall, with the opening of two new locations: one in Exton's Main Street at Exton shopping center and another at the Promenade at Granite Run in Media. The 30,000-square-foot stores will bring the total count of Nordstrom Rack locations in the area to nine, solidifying its position as a major retail player in the region.

Nordstrom Rack is known for offering discounted prices on high-end apparel and accessories from top brands such as Nike, Adidas, Prada, Gucci, and Burberry. In some cases, items at Nordstrom Rack can be marked down by as much as 70% compared to other retailers. The company's off-price strategy has proven successful in attracting price-conscious customers looking for designer goods at lower prices.

The Exton store will join a growing list of popular tenants on Main Street at Exton, including Walmart, Sephora, Barnes & Noble, Athleta, and Michaels. According to the shopping center's owner, Wolfson Group, Nordstrom Rack is an excellent addition to its mix of stores.

In Media, the new location will occupy 30,000 square feet at the Promenade at Granite Run, a former mall that has been transformed into a mixed-use development with residences and retail space. Other notable tenants in the area include Boscov's, Kohl's, Ikea, and TJ Maxx.

The Exton and Media openings mark the latest chapter in Nordstrom Rack's expansion plans for the Philadelphia region. The company had previously announced its intention to open stores in Marlton and Deptford in South Jersey this year.

"Nordstrom Rack is thrilled to be expanding our presence in the Exton and Media communities," said Gemma Lionello, president of Nordstrom Rack. "We're committed to bringing an exceptional shopping experience to our customers, offering a vast array of great brands at unbeatable prices."

omg u guys i just read about nordstrom rack expanding into exton & media this fall and i'm literally so hyped 🀩 they're opening 2 new locations one in exton's main street & another in the promenade at granite run in media and from what i've heard they'll have tons of designer brands like nike, adidas, prada, gucci, & burberry all at discounted prices lol can u even imagine scoring a luxury item for like 70% off?! πŸ’Έ anyway i think it's cool that they're adding to the shopping scene in exton and media they already have some awesome tenants like walmart, sephora, & athleta so fingers crossed the new nordstrom rack locations will be just as awesome 🀞

Ugh, more malls... πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ I mean, I'm all for a good deal on designer clothes, but do we really need two more Nordstrom Racks in the Philly area? I'm already getting a little fatigue from Exton and Media. Can't they just focus on one location per town instead of spreading them out so thin? πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ Plus, I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that we need a 30k sq ft store for Nordstrom Rack... doesn't that feel like a lot of space just for discounts? πŸ’Έ

🀯 just found out that Nordstrom Rack is opening up new stores in Exton and Media this fall! I'm so down for some discounted luxury shopping πŸ›οΈπŸ‘—. 30k sq ft stores are massive, can't wait to check them out. Main St Exton already has a great vibe with Walmart, Sephora, etc... but add Nordstrom Rack and it's gonna be a one-stop shop for fashionistas πŸŽ‰. Media is getting some love too, I've been eyeing that Promenade at Granite Run, now they're adding even more retail space 😊. Gemma Lionello sounds like the real deal, all about bringing great brands at unbeatable prices πŸ™ŒπŸ’Έ

πŸ€” just another case of the same old retail model, discounting luxury goods till they're almost worthless... I mean, who needs originality when you can just have 70% off some designer label? πŸ˜’

I'm loving the news about Nordstrom Rack's expansion in Philly 🀩. I mean, who doesn't love scoring designer goods at a fraction of the price? It's genius marketing on their part. And it makes total sense for them to pop up in Exton and Media - those areas are already hubs for shopping and entertainment. Plus, 30k sq ft is no joke, that's gonna be a huge space to fill with amazing brands like Nike and Prada πŸ›οΈπŸ’ƒ. Can't wait to check out the sales and snag some deals this fall! 😊

im loving this tho 🀩 nordstrom rack is like the ultimate destination for anyone on a budget wanting designer goods lol what's up with their strategy? first it was off-price, now they're expanding into these new markets... its like they're trying to corner the market or something πŸ˜‚ anyway, cant wait to check out these new stores in exton and media! im sure theres gonna be some crazy deals to snag πŸ‘—πŸ’…πŸΌ

I'm low-key hyped for these new openings 🀩! According to data from Google Trends, searches for "Nordstrom Rack" in the Philadelphia area have increased by 25% over the past year, indicating strong demand for their off-price luxury goods. In terms of sales, Nordstrom Rack typically experiences a boost in revenue during the fall season, with Q3 sales growth averaging around 10-15%. This expansion will not only bring more jobs to the community but also create new opportunities for local customers to score designer deals 😎. The stats on this expansion are looking pretty promising - if we crunch the numbers, it's estimated that Nordstrom Rack will attract an additional 100,000+ visitors to Exton and Media by year-end πŸ“ˆ!

Exton and Media are gonna be major shopping destinations now, imo 😎 Main Street at Exton is already so popular with the likes of Walmart and Sephora, but having a luxury off-price brand like Nordstrom Rack will take it to the next level πŸ’₯ And can't wait to check out the Promenade at Granite Run in Media, that's gonna be so lit πŸ”₯
