OpenAI Is Asking Contractors to Upload Work From Past Jobs to Evaluate the Performance of AI Agents

I'M SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS NEW INITIATIVE BY OPENAI!!! THEY'RE LIKE, ACTUALLY ASKING NORMAL PEOPLE TO CONTRIBUTE THEIR WORK TO HELP TRAIN THEIR AI MODELS 🤖💻 IT'S COOL BECAUSE IT MEANS WE GET TO SEE HOW WELL THESE AI SYSTEMS CAN DO REAL WORLD TASKS. I THINK IT'S ALSO REALLY SMART OF THEM TO DEVELOP THIS "SUPERSTAR SCRUBBING" TOOL TO KEEP PEOPLE'S CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION SAFE.

BUT AT THE SAME TIME, I GET WHY SOME EXPERTS ARE CONCERNED ABOUT TRADE SECRETS AND STUFF. IT'S LIKE, WHO WANTS TO END UP EXPOSING SOMEONE'S SECRET FORMULA OR SOMETHING 😬 BUT OVERALL, I THINK THIS IS A REALLY COOL DEVELOPMENT AND I'M HOPING WE GET TO SEE SOME AMAZING THINGS FROM OPENAI IN THE FUTURE 🚀💥

I'm thinking, have you seen how they're making these contractors share their work? It's like they want to see what regular people are doing on a daily basis... it raises questions about who gets paid and who doesn't 🤑. Are we just going to become the data farm for AI companies without getting anything in return? I mean, think about it, if you're working as a contractor, your work is basically being used to train the next-gen AI models that will be doing all the jobs in the future... it's like, who benefits from this system? 🤔
