Queens man's double murder conviction tossed after 33 years in prison

man.. this is like something straight outta a movie 🎥😱 allen porter just spent 33 yrs in prison for murders he didn't even do and now the prosecution is getting roasted for withholding evidence from his defense team... it's like, what even is justice at this point? 😒 the fact that there are so many cases where the DA office messed up and had to pay out settlements to taxpayers just speaks to a larger problem with our system... it's all about accountability and making sure that everyone follows the rules, you know? 🤔

man can you even imagine how he must've felt locked up for that long without a chance to clear his name lol 🤯 like what if they had just shared the evidence in time? it's wild how some people are still getting screwed over by our justice system 😔 anyway, gotta be happy for Allen and his mom, finally getting closure after 34 years 🎉

I'M SO GLAD TO HEAR THAT ALLEN PORTER IS FINALLY FREE AFTER 33 YEARS IN PRISON!!! IT'S JUST MIND-BLOWING TO THINK ABOUT HOW MUCH TIME AND PAIN HIS LIFE WAS TORN APART BY A SYSTEM THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THERE TO PROTECT HIM!!! I MEAN, COME ON, WHO WITHHOLDS EVIDENCE FROM THE DEFENSE TEAM ON PURPOSE?! IT'S NOT JUST ABOUT THE MONEY BOND, IT'S ABOUT GETTING JUSTICE FOR THE VICTIMS AND THEIR FAMILIES... OH WAIT, SOME PEOPLE THINK THAT JUSTICE IS JUST A WORD!!!

🤯 just can't believe it, 33 yrs in prison and now he's free 🙌! gotta feel for the guy & his mom, been through hell & back. but what really got my attention is that the prosecution withheld tons of evidence from his defense team, like, who's responsible for this? 🤔 & it's not just a one-time thing, there's a pattern of concealment here... doesn't sit well with me 😒. hope justice will be served soon!
