I'm not surprised that Xabi Alonso left his role at Real Madrid so soon... he just couldn't tame the beast that is the Bernabeu. Los Merengues are a special case, you know? They've got this... let's call it "club DNA" that makes 'em hard to manage . I mean, Alonso was trying his best with his high-intensity style, but at the end of the day, it's just not the right fit for them . I think Castilla coach Alvaro Arbeloa might be a good appointment, though... he knows the club inside out . Still, Real Madrid are gonna keep doing their thing, and whoever's in charge is gonna have to adapt
idk why rmd have trouble findin good mngers ... Alonso got a bad rap from start but ppl just dont get it... he tried somethin new & it didnt work out 2b honest, but thats not the problem... the prob is Perez wants trophies & will stop at nothin 2 get 'em... Alonso gave his all, but players r more important than tactcs 2 him... now they'll just keep changin mngers till they find one whos willing 2 do what Perez wants
