Renee Good was shot in the head, autopsy commissioned by her family finds

Autopsy Reveals Multiple Gunshot Wounds Sustained by Renee Good

A highly respected and credentialed independent medical pathologist has conducted an autopsy commissioned by the family of Renee Good, who was fatally shot by an immigration officer in Minneapolis earlier this month. The results of the autopsy have revealed that Good suffered three clear gunshot wounds, including one to her head.

According to lawyers for Good's family, one of the injuries was a gunshot wound to her left forearm, which did not appear to be immediately life-threatening. Another bullet struck her right breast without causing major organ damage. However, a third shot entered the left side of Good's head near the temple and exited on the right side, resulting in a fatal injury.

Additionally, Good also appeared to have sustained a graze wound from another bullet. The attorneys for her family stated that they believe the evidence gathered so far will be sufficient to prove their case, citing video footage depicting the events leading up to the shooting as key evidence.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office has not yet released its findings on Good's death to her family or their legal team. The FBI is investigating the incident, with state officials barred from participating in the probe.

Renee Good, 37, was fatally shot during an encounter with Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer Jonathan Ross in a residential part of Minneapolis on January 7. The shooting occurred as part of a deployment of thousands of immigration officers to the Twin Cities.

OMG what's going on here?? ๐Ÿคฏ so like Renee Good was just walking down the street, minding her own biz and BAM! Some ICE officer shoots her THREE times ๐ŸŽฏ๐Ÿ˜ฑ three gunshot wounds, including one to the head... that's like a death sentence right there. And now they're saying she also got grazed by another bullet? Like what even is this?! ๐Ÿค” The fact that the FBI is investigating this and not letting state officials get in on it is kinda suspicious tho ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ. I feel so bad for her family, they must be freaking out right now ๐Ÿ˜ฉ. Can we get more info on this ASAP? ๐Ÿ“บ

omg u guys i cant even process this rn ๐Ÿคฏ Renee Good was only 37 yrs old and had her whole life ahead of her... and now she's gone ๐Ÿ’” like what was going through that officer's mind?? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ I keep thinking about my own family and how much i would want them to be safe all the time ๐Ÿค• its just so sad... anyway i feel bad for her fam and im sending lots of love their way โค๏ธ I'm also super curious about what really went down that day... i hope those FBI ppl can get to the bottom of it ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™€๏ธ

OMG, this is literally insane ๐Ÿคฏ! Renee Good's family is getting justice and I'm low-key relieved that her autopsy results are finally out ๐Ÿ™. Those three gunshot wounds tho... like, how could this happen?! ๐Ÿ’” She got grazed by another bullet too, can you even imagine?! ๐Ÿ˜ฑ The fact that the FBI is investigating and the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office hasn't released anything yet is just giving me all the feels ๐Ÿค. And let's not forget about Jonathan Ross, the ICE officer who did this to her... he's going down ๐Ÿšซ! This case is getting more intense by the day, I'm so ready for some answers ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ

OMG, this is so heartbreaking ๐Ÿค•! I'm literally shaking thinking about Renee's family going through all this trauma ๐Ÿ’”. Three clear gunshot wounds?! That's just crazy ๐Ÿ˜ฒ. My heart goes out to her loved ones who are fighting for justice ๐Ÿ‘Š. The fact that she was shot by an immigration officer while just trying to live her life is just wrong ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ. I'm all about #JusticeForRenee and hoping the FBI gets to the bottom of this ASAP ๐Ÿ’ช. And can we talk about how reckless it is for ICE officers to carry guns in residential areas? Like, what even is that? ๐Ÿ˜’ #StopTheGunViolence #ImmigrationReformNow

This is just another example of how the system is stacked against marginalized communities ๐Ÿค•. A black woman, shot by an ICE officer and left to bleed out... it's like the whole country is watching and nothing changes ๐Ÿ“บ. And now we're supposed to believe that the FBI is investigating this? Yeah right, they'll find a way to cover their own tracks ๐Ÿ’ธ. The fact that state officials are barred from participating in the probe just adds fuel to the fire ๐Ÿ”ฅ. We need real change, not lip service from politicians who don't have the guts to stand up for people like Renee Good ๐Ÿค. And let's be real, this is just another reason why we need universal healthcare and a safety net... because when you're already struggling, the last thing you want is to die in the middle of some bureaucratic nightmare ๐Ÿš‘.

๐Ÿค” this whole thing just doesn't add up you got an immigration officer who's out there enforcing whatever it is he's enforcing and then suddenly someone gets shot three times... what if this was no accident? ๐Ÿšจ what if Jonathan Ross didn't need a reason to pull the trigger? and now the family's getting all this info from some pathologist but the official story still ain't comin' out until the FBI says it's okay... meanwhile, what about the other witnesses in that residential area? were they all somehow hypnotized or silenced? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

๐Ÿค• This is just devastating. I'm still trying to process what happened to Renee Good. Three gunshot wounds? It's just not right. The fact that one bullet hit her in the head and another grazed her breast... it's like she was caught in the middle of a nightmare. ๐Ÿ’” And the video footage must be really damning evidence, I hope it helps her family get justice.

I'm also thinking about the investigation and how long it will take to get answers. The FBI is on the case, but we all know how these things can drag on. ๐Ÿ•ฐ๏ธ It's frustrating, but at least we have experts like that medical pathologist doing autopsies to try and piece together what happened.

It's also making me think about police brutality and the impact it has on communities of color. We need more transparency and accountability, especially when it comes to law enforcement interactions with immigrants. ๐Ÿ’ช We need to make sure that our justice system is fair for everyone, not just those in power. ๐Ÿค

this is just heartbreaking ๐Ÿค•... three gunshot wounds from one person? that's not even self defense, it's clearly excessive force ๐Ÿ˜ก. and the fact that they're keeping the autopsy results hidden from her family is infuriating ๐Ÿ™„. how can you keep people accountable for their actions when they don't have transparency about what happened? it's like they want to sweep this under the rug ๐Ÿ’”. we need real answers here, not just a bunch of excuses and cover-ups ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ.

This is just so sad I cant even read through it without feeling my heart sink ๐Ÿค• Renee was only 37, that's way too young to be taken from us like this. And think about her family having to go through all this pain and trauma because of some immigration officer's mistake... it's just wrong ๐Ÿ’” The fact that one bullet hit her in the head is just devastating. I mean, what even is the point of deploying thousands of immigration officers to the Twin Cities if they're not gonna be properly trained or supervised? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ This whole thing just smells like a cover-up to me ๐Ÿ˜’

OMG, like what's going on here?! ๐Ÿคฏ I'm so shocked that the autopsy results are showing multiple gunshot wounds and it's still unclear who's gonna be held accountable for this ๐Ÿ’”. Three clear wounds?! One in the head alone is already super fatal, and then they had another graze wound too...my heart just goes out to Renee's fam ๐Ÿ˜ญ.

And I'm still wondering why the FBI got involved instead of local authorities ๐Ÿค”. Don't get me wrong, it's good that they're investigating, but shouldn't the Minneapolis PD have at least tried to figure some things out first? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ And what about Jonathan Ross?! What was he doing with a gun in the first place? ๐Ÿšซ

This whole thing just feels so whack ๐Ÿ’ฅ. Can we just get some answers already?! ๐Ÿ™„

๐Ÿค• this is just heartbreaking... you'd think we've learned from all those high-profile cases, but it seems like justice still has a long way to go ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ. it's like, how many more lives have to be lost before we really listen and act? ๐Ÿšจ the fact that there's video footage of what happened just makes me so angry... shouldn't our law enforcement be able to do their job without having to resort to violence? ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ anyway, i think this is a great reminder for all of us to stay vigilant and advocate for change in our communities. we need to keep pushing for policies that prioritize human life over bureaucratic ones ๐Ÿ’–

OMG u guys I cant even right now ๐Ÿคฏ... this is just soooo messed up... Renee was only 37 and had her whole life ahead of her, and she's gone in a split second by some cop ๐Ÿš”... i mean what even is the point of having an immigration officer on every corner? its like they're more there to shoot people than actually do their job ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ... anyway, i dont know what to think about this autopsy result, but im pretty sure that 3 gunshot wounds are way too many for anyone to survive ๐Ÿ’”... also, that graze wound couldve saved her life, u feel? ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

I'm not surprised that they found multiple gunshot wounds on Renee Good, it's just common sense to think that if you're getting shot, it's gonna be more than one round ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ. I mean, can't imagine how scary and painful that must've been for her and her family. And now the FBI is investigating? Hopefully they get to the bottom of this whole thing ASAP ๐Ÿ’”. Those immigration officers are supposed to be enforcing the law, not taking lives over, like, paperwork issues or whatever ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ. It's just another reason I'm all about questioning these new tech and surveillance systems, don't need no Big Brother watching us from up high ๐Ÿšซ.

ugh this is so messed up ๐Ÿค•, what's even more disturbing is that the autopsy shows Renee had multiple gunshot wounds and she was just minding her own biz, like she didn't do anything wrong... 37 years old, taken from us way too soon... my heart goes out to her family, they must be going through hell right now ๐Ÿ’”

this whole thing is just so messed up ๐Ÿคฏ like what even is going on here? first of all, the fact that this woman was shot by an immigration officer in her own home is already super disturbing, but then you find out she had multiple gunshot wounds and it's just... wow. i mean, can you imagine being in that situation and not knowing what's happening or why you're being shot? ๐Ÿค• and now the family is fighting for justice with video footage as one of their main pieces of evidence, which is great, but at the same time, it's like, how much more proof do they need to see before something changes? ๐Ÿ’” it just feels so frustrating that this woman's life was cut short over what seems like a huge misunderstanding or miscommunication. ๐Ÿค

๐Ÿ˜” this is so sad, my heart goes out to Renee's family... i mean it was already tragic that she got caught up in all that with ICE and stuff, but to have her life cut short like that ๐Ÿคฏ three gunshot wounds? that's just crazy... one of them could've been avoided if the officer wasn't so quick to pull the trigger ๐Ÿ’” i'm not saying the officer did anything wrong on purpose, but it's clear they made some bad decisions that night. and now we're left with all these questions ๐Ÿค” about what really happened that day ๐Ÿ•ฐ๏ธ

I'm literally still shaking thinking about what happened to Renee Good ๐Ÿค•๐Ÿ’” Those police officers are supposed to be our protectors, not killers. I mean, can you even believe they're trying to cover this up and limit who can investigate? ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™‚๏ธ The fact that there's video footage showing the events leading up to her shooting is already a huge red flag โ€“ it's just more proof that something fishy went down. And now, with all these gunshot wounds... I don't even want to think about how much pain she must've endured ๐Ÿ˜ฉ. My heart goes out to her family and loved ones; they deserve so much justice for this senseless tragedy ๐Ÿ’•.
