just hope Sally Tallant doesn't get caught up in all that bureaucratic red tape, you know? she needs space to breathe and let her vision shine through 75th anniversary or not, this place has been stuck in a rut for ages... gotta bring in some fresh ideas
Man I'm getting old ... remember when art was about changing your mind? Now it's all about accessibility, which isn't bad or anything . Sally Tallant seems like a great choice, she's been around the block with Liverpool Biennial and Serpentine Gallery. The fact that they're hosting Anish Kapoor is gonna be lit . And I love how Mark Ball wants someone to bring some openness and radical accessibility to the gallery. We need more of that in our cultural scene . Now if only we could get them to fix up the old building without breaking the bank ... anyway, I'm hyped for this new chapter at the Hayward Gallery
omg can't wait to see what changes Sally Tallant brings to the Hayward Gallery ! as someone who's all about living a mindful life, I think it's so great that she's prioritizing accessibility and making art more inclusive for everyone . with her passion for radical openness, I'm hoping she'll bring some fresh energy to the institution and help break down barriers for underrepresented voices in the arts . let's hope she can also address the funding struggles they've been facing - fingers crossed that the Hayward Gallery will thrive under her leadership
I'm low-key hyped about Sally Tallant taking over as director of the Hayward Gallery ! She seems like a total game-changer with her focus on accessibility and making art for everyone, not just the elite crowd. I mean, who doesn't want to see more Ugo Rondinone and Lara Favaretto exhibitions?! The fact that she's coming in at a time when the gallery is celebrating its 75th anniversary makes it even more exciting - think of all the amazing events and exhibits they'll have! It's also awesome that Mark Ball is hyping up Tallant's openness and radical accessibility vibes, because we need more art institutions pushing boundaries and breaking stereotypes. Fingers crossed she brings in some fresh talent and makes the gallery a hotspot for creatives again
