Man, this is mind-blowing
! I mean, think about it, we're talking 27,000 feet deep, that's like, almost to the bottom of the ocean
! The pressure and cold would be crushing, you know? Any other fish wouldn't survive for a second down there. But this snailfish, it's like a superhero or something
. And the fact that they've been living down there in isolation for millions of years is just wild... I mean, we're still learning about new species and how they adapt to their environments? It's crazy!
