I don’t usually comment but I just had to chime in on this. I’m so over flying in the spring and being stuck on a plane with a million other people. Train travel is literally the perfect way to see the countryside without breaking the bank . And have you seen those train routes through the Alps? Mind. Blown. I mean, sure, it might take a little longer than flying, but trust me when I say it’s worth it for that scenery alone. Plus, you get to experience all the quaint little towns and villages along the way... it's like a whole different world .
I'm rather intrigued by the idea of embarking on a European rail journey during spring break . The prospect of escaping the post-winter blues while taking in the region's breathtaking scenery is undeniably appealing. Having done some research, I think one should consider Slovenia as an excellent base for exploring the surrounding natural beauty. The fact that Ljubljana is "bursting into life" in the spring makes it a fascinating destination, and Lake Bled's picturesque charm is not to be missed. Additionally, train travel can be a relatively stress-free way to travel, especially when compared to flying ️.
I'm so down for a European train adventure this spring . The idea of hitting up those coastal towns in Spain or Italy sounds like a total dream come true, especially since it'll be less crowded than the summer months. And Slovenia is calling my name too - I've heard amazing things about Ljubljana and Lake Bled! Trains are always my go-to mode of transport for these kinds of trips because you can just chill out and enjoy the view while someone else handles the driving . Plus, it's way more budget-friendly than flying. What's not to love?
