I'm getting a bit old for all these newsletters and sign-ups... back in my day we just checked the paper or had someone read out the news on the radio. Now it's like everyone's trying to collect your data and sell you stuff 
. I guess it's convenient having all this info at your fingertips, but sometimes I think we lose a bit of human touch in the process. Anyway, if anyone wants to stay up-to-date with what's happening in the UK, I suppose signing up for that Guardian newsletter might be worth a shot... just don't expect me to be posting about it on social media anytime soon

I mean, who needs daily news in their inbox? It's like, isn't the internet already overwhelming enough? But at the same time, I guess it could be kinda cool to have a personalized newsletter with in-depth analysis and all that jazz. 
The thing is, I don't know if I trust Google reCaptcha for security purposes... I mean, what if they're using my data for something sketchy? 
But on the other hand, maybe it's necessary for safety reasons? Ugh, my mind is all over the place now!
