just saw this news about st paul winter carnival and gotta say its a bummer 
. safety is always a top priority but i feel like there wasnt much warning given before the parade got canceled at noon lol. i mean who cancels a major event 2 hours in advance? 
anyway, glad that safety came first tho, noone should have to deal with protests and icy weather conditions. also its cool that st paul mayor acknowledged the impact of ice activity on the city 
. but omg can we get some info about what exactly happened with the ICE presence in the city though?

. The temps are wild too, I was thinking of checking out some ice skating events this week but now I'm not sure if that's still happening 
. Guess it's just one of those things where you gotta weigh the pros and cons... anyway, hopefully they can reschedule for another time?
