man this is so senseless 
she was only 17 and had her whole life ahead of her, no reason for anyone to be that violent 
like what's going on in some people's minds? 
the fact that it was a random phone call that led to all this is just heartbreaking 
i feel bad for her family and friends having to deal with this tragedy 
they're still trying to process everything, but it's clear that Melissa lived life to the fullest 
she deserved better than this

anyway, $10k for info leading to conviction seems kinda low considering how devastating this act of violence was... maybe it should be more, or better yet, why not get rid of those stupid lax laws altogether?
