. But what really gets me is how they're not perfect, you know? Like, who needs perfection when you can have character right? And the fact that it's a human scale place means you get to see the effort that goes into making each donut. I think that's so cool!

. i mean, boldúman donuts are cute and all, but let's be real, they're just a novelty. it's not like the fact that they have "eyes" and "personalities" is actually some kind of clever innovation... more like lazy design. and don't even get me started on how "artisanal" it sounds to say they intentionally leave them imperfect. like, come on, that's just gonna drive up prices and make them seem pretentious

I mean, who needs perfection when you can have imperfections that make them relatable? It's so cool how they've incorporated these quirky personalities into their creations. The story behind the bakery is amazing too - from war and hardship to baking up a storm! And the fact that food can bring people together like that... it's just the sweetest thing
