Things You Should Have Done series two review – the Bafta-winning comedy shows flashes of brilliance

I'm literally torn about this show πŸ€”... I mean, on one hand, it's still got some wickedly funny moments and I love how it tackles real issues like grief and loss with a dash of humor 🌟... but at the same time, I feel like they've lost that special something that made the first season so great πŸ”₯... I'm so over Karen's departure already 😭, it was like they just phoned her in when she wasn't even there anymore πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ... and Ruth is just a pale imitation of Chi's sassy self πŸ™…β€β™€οΈ... but at the same time, Bridget Christie is hilarious and I love how she tries to inject some warmth into the show ❀️... ugh, my brain is all over the place with this one πŸ˜‚πŸ€―

omg I'm so disappointed with the 2nd series of "Things You Should Have Done" πŸ€• it's like they took all the quirky charm and witty banter from the first season and replaced it with a jumbled mess of emotions 😩 Chi's character is still lovable but without Karen, she just doesn't feel the same πŸ’” and Ruth the new therapist character is kinda meh πŸ‘Ž I get what the writers are trying to do but it feels like they're trying too hard to fit in different humor styles instead of focusing on the original tone πŸ€ͺ anyhoo, fans gotta watch reruns of season 1 or something for now 😴

omg what happened to "Things You Should Have Done" πŸ€”πŸ“Ί season 2 is like a whole different show idk if they got a new writer or something but it just feels so disjointed & not funny anymore πŸ˜‚ the characters are all still cool but like they're going through the motions instead of actually being quirky & lovable i'm still rooting for Chi tho she's still my girl πŸ’•

I'm soooo disappointed with the second series of "Things You Should Have Done". They totally lost the quirky charm that made me fall in love with Chi's character πŸ€•. The tone shift is jarring and it feels like they're trying too hard to be funny. I miss Karen so much! Her absence is really noticeable, especially during her funeral scene which just fell flat. And what's up with Ruth? She feels like a gimmick instead of a genuine therapist πŸ˜’. The supporting cast is still great tho πŸ€—. Can't wait to see if they can get it together in future seasons πŸ’ͺ

I just saw this and I'm kinda disappointed πŸ€”. I loved the show's quirky vibe and Chi's reactions were always on point πŸ˜‚. But now it just feels like they're trying too hard to be funny and it's not landing. I also miss Karen so much... her character was the best part of the first season. The new therapist chick is cool, but she's just not as interesting as Karen. And what's up with Sarah Kendall's character? She used to be hilarious πŸ˜‚. I'm gonna stick to rewatching season 1 and seeing if they can get it together again πŸ“Ί
