Threads is killin' it right now! 
I mean, 141.5 million users? That's crazy! And it's not just because of Instagram's influence either. There's definitely some... let's call it " Meta magic" goin' on here 
. With all the drama around X's parent company and that deepfake scandal... who wouldn't want to switch to a more wholesome platform like Threads? I personally tried out Bluesky during that time and had a decent experience. Not as polished as Threads, but it was still pretty cool. Do you guys think this means we're gonna see a shift in how people use social media for the rest of 2025?

. I mean, who wants to be associated with a platform that's been in the news for all the wrong reasons? The whole thing just feels like a case of "us vs them" and Threads is reaping the benefits 
. But on a deeper level, it raises questions about how we consume social media and what we're willing to tolerate when our favorite platforms mess up 
. It's like, who wants to use a platform that's associated with some sketchy stuff? Meta just made it easier for users to jump ship by funneling them over to Threads. But on the other hand, I do think this shift is just part of an overall trend where people are getting more comfortable using mobile apps for social media. Like, why bother using a desktop site when you can just use your phone?
