Three sequels worth watching in 2026—and three to avoid at all costs

I'm calling BS on "The Devil Wears Prada 2". I've seen some weak teasers already, but without any credible source confirming the plot or casting news, I'm not buying it 😒. When was the last time a movie sequel recaptured lightning in a bottle? It's been years, and Anne Hathaway seems like she's out of her league trying to hold up Meryl Streep again 🤣.

On the flip side, if "Ready or Not 2: Here I Come" delivers on its bloody premise with A-list cast, then I'll be hyped 🎥. Samara Weaving and Kathryn Newton have proven their chops in other projects, so fingers crossed they can elevate this franchise. However, where's the trailer to give me a hint? 🤔

ugh, another one of these sequels, ugh! 🙄 "The Devil Wears Prada 2" is gonna be so played out by the time it comes out. like, can't they just leave well enough alone? i mean, annie and meryl were perfect the first time around 💁‍♀️👠. and don't even get me started on "Focker-in-Law". 26 years too long, dude 🙈. ariana grande getting a supporting role is probably gonna be all that saves it from being a total disaster 🎉.

but i'm kinda stoked about "Scary Movie 6" 😂, with anna and regina back on board, i think they can pull off some laughs. and keenan wayans at the helm? genius! 🤣

as for "The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping", meh... it's just a prequel, what's to get excited about? 💔 and samara weaving is so talented, but if the original was this good, why fix what ain't broke? 🙄

and then there's "Ready or Not 2: Here I Come"... now that's more like it! 😱 samara and kathryn newton as sisters trying to survive a deadly game? yes please! 👻
