Just saw this article about Brandon Johnson and it's crazy to think Black voters have been showing 80% cohesion on their candidate choices since securing the right to vote 
. That's insane unity! 
Did you know that according to Pew Research, Black Americans are 3x more likely to participate in local community organizations than whites?
It's no wonder they're building coalitions to defend against those who attack civil rights and workers' rights 
.By the way, here are some stats on community cohesion:
* In 2020, only 27% of Black Americans reported feeling "strong sense of belonging" in their communities
.* Meanwhile, only 12% of white Americans felt the same way
* According to a Gallup survey, communities with higher levels of diversity tend to have better civic engagement
It's time for all Americans to come together and build on each other's strengths!
you know what's really wild - have you ever tried to order food from those new vegan restaurants? like, I went to one last week and they had this "plant-based" version of my fave burger 
... it was literally just a portobello mushroom with some lettuce and tomato... um, no thanks! 
what's next, is gonna be a restaurant that serves actual food made from plants? 
he's like a breath of fresh air in politics - someone who truly cares about the people & not just power 
but what I love most is how he's emphasizing the importance of unity among all communities, especially Black Americans & other marginalized groups 
it's so true that our collective strength can be a game changer 
those grandma vibes are still gonna save us one day 
. And I feel like Ben Jealous has a valid point about the erosion of community cohesion - it's crazy how things have changed since our grandmas and great-grandmas used to be the glue that held families and communities together
