UN chief urges Gaza aid as Israel blocks most medical evacuees at Rafah

man this is like we're watching a never ending cycle of pain and suffering in gaza 🤕 20k people waiting for medical care is crazy, can you even imagine having to wait that long for something as simple as a transplant surgery? it's like they're being treated like animals over here 😩 50 ppl vs 16 ppl crossing into egyp... like whats the diff lol but seriously 529 ppl killed in 2 months is insane. hospitals are basically non existent, patients r dying left and right 🚑

and what really gets me is that the world is just sitting there watching this unfold without doing anything about it. its like we're all just bystanders to this whole thing 👀 the UN chief is pleading for help but whats being done? nothing 🙅‍♂️

gaza's like a war zone, people r living in constant fear of getting hurt or killed. its hard to watch and not feel helpless at the same time 💔

omg u dont think this is just a coincidence that its always israel thats blockin aid from gaza? like they got somethin on them that we dont know about 🤔. and 20k ppl waitin for med care is crazy but wat if they werent supposed to get it in the first place? seems 2 me like there's more 2 this story than meets the eye...

The situation in Gaza is just heartbreaking 🤕. It's crazy that people are still waiting months to get medical attention, like Shadi Soboh who's been waiting 10 months for a bone transplant surgery... that's insane! 😱 The UN chief is right, the international community needs to step up and demand that Israel allows humanitarian aid into Gaza ASAP.

It's not just about the number of people waiting for treatment, it's also about the fact that Gaza's hospitals are still reeling from the damage caused by the conflict. And with 20,000 people in dire need of medical care, it's a ticking time bomb 🕰️. The UN chief is trying to sound the alarm, but I wish more world leaders would take notice and do something about it. We can't just sit back and watch people suffer 😔.
