I'm low-key thinking this is all just a smokescreen . Like, what's really going on with Trump and Venezuela? I know he's trying to look all tough and stuff, but have you noticed how convenient it is that the Senate just happened to pass this resolution right when he was about to do something crazy? It's like they were waiting for him to make a move so they could pounce . And what's with the whole "leaks" thing? Sounds like an excuse to me . I bet there's more to it than meets the eye... maybe even some deep-state stuff . You know, just saying.

But if he just goes ahead and does it without checking with them, that's like running a red light . It's not fair to Congress or the public .

I AM FREAKING OUT OVER THIS NEW DEVELOPMENT IN VENEZUELA! IT'S ABOUT TIME THE US SENATE STEPPED UP AND TOOK A STANDING REBUKE OF TRUMP'S MILITARY ACTION - WE CAN'T JUST LET HIM WALK ALL OVER CONGRESS LIKE THAT! I MEAN, 110 PEOPLE LOST THEIR LIVES IN THOSE AIRSTRIKES AND YET TRUMP JUST KEPT ON GOING WITH HIS UNILATERAL ACTIONS? IT'S DISGUSTING!

AND THE FACT THAT HE'S TRYING TO SAY THE WAR POWERS RESOLUTION IS "UNCONSTITUTIONAL" IS JUST PATHETIC - WHO DOES HE THINK HE IS, ANYWAY? THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF TRUMP NOT BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR HIS ACTIONS AND IT NEEDS TO STOP NOW!

I'M ALL FOR CHECKING HIS EXECUTIVE AUTHORITY AND MAKING SURE CONGRESS STANDS UP FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE - WE CAN'T JUST LET HIM RUN WILD LIKE THIS!
