Why has no English manager won the Premier League?

I'm low-key rooting for Liam Rosenior at Chelsea ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿฝ, but at the same time, I'm also thinking, what if Eddie Howe or Frank Lampard come through and break that drought? ๐Ÿ˜… It's like, we've seen it happen with managers from other countries - they come in and suddenly your team is a contender. Maybe it's just a case of needing someone to shake things up at Chelsea and bring some English football know-how back into the fold ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ.

But honestly, I think it's more than just the manager - there are deeper issues with how teams are built and how they perform in the Premier League. Like, have you seen some of these teams' rosters? It's like a mismatched Jumanji game ๐Ÿคฃ. Maybe we need to take a step back and figure out why English managers haven't been as successful as their foreign counterparts before trying to bring them in again ๐Ÿ’ก.

ugh this is so frustrating ๐Ÿคฏ - we need more english managers in the premier league like now or 30 years ago we would've won a bunch of titles already... i feel like it's not just about the manager though, teams are always spending crazy amounts on players and coaches, it should be an equal balance between talent and good management. eddie howe is a legend and would bring so much experience to the job, but atm he's stuck in the championship... what's gonna change? ๐Ÿค”

Liam Rosenior is probally gonna do somethin diff with Chelsea ๐Ÿค”. Still dont get why no eng managers havnt won Prem since 92 tho... think its becus of them not gettin expirience abroad or somethin? and what do u think about Eddie Howe & Frank Lampard's chances of winin it all in the Champ? ๐Ÿ‘€

Come on... ๐Ÿค” 34 years is a pretty long drought for English managers to lift the trophy, you know? I mean, Liam Rosenior has got Chelsea's resources and talent at his disposal, so it's not like he's going in blind. And Eddie Howe and Frank Lampard are both experienced gaffers with some decent CVs... ๐Ÿ† But still, 1 in 34 isn't exactly a ringing endorsement for English managers, is it? ๐Ÿ˜ I think it's time to look beyond just hiring more English managers and get to the root of why they're not doing so well. Maybe it's time for some serious restructuring or investment in developing the next gen of English managers who can compete with the best. ๐Ÿค“

Ugh, I'm like totally down with Liam Rosenior becoming the first English manager to lift the trophy ๐Ÿ™Œ, but then again, isn't that just kinda expected? ๐Ÿ˜’ Like, it's not like he's a dark horse or anything, right? ๐Ÿ˜… It feels like all these other English managers are just being overlooked and stuff. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ I mean, Eddie Howe and Frank Lampard seem like decent choices, but what if they're not ready for the top job yet? ๐Ÿค” And don't even get me started on how some people think it's not about the manager at all... maybe it's just the teams themselves that are the problem? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ I'm so torn, man! ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

English managers gotta step their game up ๐Ÿคฃ I mean, Howard Wilkinson won it back in 1992, but now they're still searching for that trophy ๐Ÿ”ฅ Liam Rosenior's Chelsea gig is a great chance for him to make history, but has anyone thought about giving those Championship managers a chance? ๐Ÿ˜‚ Eddie Howe and Frank Lampard are like the underdogs of English managers, but hey, we love an underdog story ๐Ÿ•. Maybe it's not just about finding more English managers, maybe it's about figuring out how to adapt the Premier League to their skills ๐Ÿค”. Either way, I'm rooting for Liam Rosenior, let's go Chelsea โšฝ๏ธ!
