I think this is actually a good thing for democracy... I mean, who needs party unity if you're not going to compromise on what really matters? The Working Families Party sticking to its guns on issues like taxation and childcare shows that they're not afraid to take a stand, even if it means ruffling some feathers. And honestly, Hochul's been pretty clear about where she stands, so I'm not sure why the party is getting worked up over it... maybe this just sets things up for a more interesting primary?
