I feel like this is a cycle we've been in before

Philly's rep is always gonna be a tough sell, but it's interesting that coaches who do join are having success... I mean, Patullo got canned after one bad game and you're still seeing guys like Riley Ridley coming in as a rookie WR?

Like, isn't that kinda a sign that the system works or something?
And can we talk about Bryce Harper for a sec?

Dude signs a 13-year deal with the Phillies just to get away from Cali, but Philly's rep is supposedly so bad he'd take it over LA? That's some next-level loyalty right there.

Maybe instead of trying to change the rep, we should be celebrating it as part of what makes this team special?
Also, Eric Lindros and Scott Rolen demanding trades out of Philly...

Like, those guys were ballers, but still. It's not like they had a ton of options at the time. Now we're seeing younger players coming in and taking it like champs. Maybe this rep thing is just about being part of an organization that values winning, not just individual success?
